step 1: get an English muffin and cut it in half
step 2: butter both insides
step 3 set pan to medium low heat
step 4: toast the buns on either side for 3 mins
step 5: take the buns off the heat and put some big mac sauce on either side (mine is homemade)
step 6: get some mince and slap it down on the pan
step 7: use a spatula to smash the beef down and 4 mins each side
step 8: while the beef is cooking slice some lettuce and tomato (make sure to season both side of the tomato with salt and pepper) and put it on your bottom bun
step 9: take the beef off the heat and put on your muffin
step 10: take your pan off the heat and crack 1 egg into it
step 11: cook the egg untill most the white is done
step 12: put a splash of water into the pan and put a lid on to steam the top of the yoke
step 13: after 30 seconds take the egg off the pan and put it on your muffin
step 14: put the top bun on and plate, serve with a mocha or coffee on the side (water or juice is ok too)
