I was mucking around on the McDonald's website for China as you do, when Google kindly offered to translate for me which made some menu items a lot more intriguing. So big chicken chop. Energy egg! Full marks for grilled ham. Unsuspecting tyrant double decker beef fort! Now, we're often being reminded in adverts where people talk like this, that today's translation technology is at its finest, bringing the whole world together. But is that right?
