the level begins like this.

plot:
after Flynn(the player) exposed and destroyed the Jack And joes casino for its illegal porn ring in The City of Toons(the games climax takes place in this city, its also where the main villain is located). he makes his way to the bridge that is the entrance to the city. he sees the SCD currently fighting on a massive bridge against the Red Kobra to reclaim the city. after a few minutes of combat. they all hear a roar. everyone stops dead cold. Flynns heart begins to beat rapidly. and they all hear foot steps. LOUD. footsteps. and then a 50 foot tall Tyrannosaurus armed with a 50.Cal machine gun and RPG starts walking on to the bridge. Red Kobra Insurgents scream "OH SHIT WHAT THE F*CK IS THAT?!" a SCD soldier screams out "HOLY SHIT IS THAT A REX OR SOMETHING?!" Flynn says "shit. its Just like 2014." Dont even try to fight Robert. he kills very quickly. the only thing to do is retreat because Roberts nearly impossible to kill. So run past empty cars, tanks rolling by, RUN. its nearly impossible to survive fighting Robert. just run. Robert will lock his RPG onto the player. there is a audio cue for it(loud beeping is what to listen for, and if your glowing red). it will lock onto the player. to avoid the RPG, behind a tank or car. to avoid his M60 machine gun? make sure to be behind cover. you got 6 minutes to escape the bridge when this scene happens. once you escape the bridge. you have to sneak around him in the city as he begins his hunt for you and the SCD. once your in the city. the task is to make it to the center. but its a long, long, walk. especially with Robert walking through the streets killing SCD and Red Kobra. Flynn has to find his companions again after being separated in the mission before.
