"The Immortal" was one of the most famous gladiators known in The Citadel, though his story did not start in the present, but way in the past... to the year 1200..

though he does not remember his real name, The Immortal was captured by the Romans because he was thought to be apart of the Mongolian army, he was then placed inside a gladiatory arena. He had little fighting skills whatsoever, but his brute size and strength made him one of the best fighter their, he eventually earned the nickname "Nemuritorul" which mean "The Immortal" because he was unbeatable.. even up from the heavens, people saw this, The Roman God, Jupiter, (or known as Zeus) had seen his immense strength, despite his background, he wanted to see more from him, he granted and extent of his powers to The Immortal, giving him the power to cast thunder and even open portal, he also fashioned him with a super heavyweight chain, which would be his weapon of choice, with all of this, The Immortal was unstoppable, and the Empire grew scared of him, they eventually decided to free him, but he wanted to fight, he enjoyed the bloodshed, the adrenaline, the brutal displays. But one thing he didnt realize is that the Immortal was... Immortal, he couldnt die from old age, he outlived the empire itself, and The Constanttine, and the Germanic... he eventually was lost in the world, he no longer craved bloodshed, but rather was lost.. until the great Inkpire came..

The Inkperials were so powerful that they had lifted The Immortal out of his spirits, he eventually explored the world and found The Citadel, and thats when he found Gladiators, real gladiators, he finally stepped out back on the arena, he was an instant favorite, his powers were unmatched on the arena, the crowd fell in love with him. At least the DID, until one match, The Immortal had gotten carried away at this tough opponent, they had used this... magic he had never seen before, he was pressed, so he shot his chain right through their abs, and put a portal behind it so the chain would stab them through the side again, and again, and again, till that chain was through everywhere, the opponent would plead with pain and frightenedness, but The Immortal didnt care, he pulled the chain back, ripping all of his limbs and sending chunks of him everywhere, the crowd was in awe, he was eventually banned from ever competing again, he was now enraged, if he couldnt legally kill gladiators, then what was the point of the matches? he knew he needed to test his strength, see what he was really capable of, thats when he saw it... in plain sight.. his anwser...
