i mean it’s a rule, you can’t really just go around and say you have the strongest oc. We made that rule (i think) because of random 11 year olds going on here and saying “i kill everyone!!1!!1!1!!”. basically, the rule says you can’t make an oc stronger than The Collector (The stream owner’s OC)
