It was Mrs afton, after all of her family died (except for William of course) she got all of Williams plans, and found out what he was doing, she saw the fun time blueprints, and made them for kids, she had no intent to kill with her animatronics

the blob has funtime freddys face and some other funtine parts. also in ruined we see it again breifly alongside the glamrocks proving my point by the parts in the glamrock are too different and not mingling well were as afton who was repaired with glamrock parts as he still was mostly springlock

but the glamrocks were most likely inspired by the funtimes as there are recordings of the funtimes however arent blueprints as henry burnt them mostlikely with the buildling in fnaf 6

we dont know the relation but can assume they are different enough from the original chest cavity that they arent recognised by the blob
