No, you can change the image to Private, NSFW, Anonymous, or you can delete it, but you can't change the the title.

you just need to hit image settings and you can add the tittle.

it's called "edit image" it's a small button next to "delete" and "image stats"

once you've done that,it will have two boxes for tittle and tags once done hit the update button
