I grew up around the sequels, never watched them. Once I was older, watched the original trilogy, then the prequels, and I can’t even watch the second part of the sequel trilogy.

the sequel haters are just saying that to look cool by assuming anything attempting to reboot a series and bring back old characters is mid.
in my opinion, the prequels were the worst. im not saying they were bad, just that they arent as good as they others.

I kind of agree with you when you say that sequels haters are just over complicating everything but I do think the prequels and sequels are on the same level where they’re decent but not as good as the originals
