this one time, idk this february, i lost my roblox account as it had been hacked. i contacted roblox support several times and even with using my email connected to MY account and everything, roblox support did jackshit. my mom removed the premium subscription from my account and only THEN did roblox give me my account back. When i checked my account, i had zero robux. the robux i earned from game development, which was around 1k was completely gone and was spent on someone elses gamepass. the fact that roblox only gave my account back once my mom removed premium makes me angry because they should have known my account was previously for an entire year, connected to an email that the hacker had changed. i neever got that robux back bu the way.
