What you need: Small plums
Dill
Japanese basil
Red basil
Vinegar
Salt
Sugar
Mustard seed
Citric acid
Mix some vinegar with 1 cup sugar and 3 teaspoons salt then add some mustard seed
Wait for mixture to come to a boil.
Put some of the plums in a jar and layer it with the dill and basil and some citric acid.
Make sure the jar is mostly filled with plums then add a ton of citric acid go wild with it.
Then you gently pour the mixture into the jar and wait for it to cool.
Refrigerate.
Then enjoy.
