base 230 attack would be all you need if it had some speed too

yeah or give it a mega that gives it some offense and give it stamina as a ability and keep its speed as it could pair with Whimiscot and Deoxys-Atack as it can use prankster After You on Shuckle to make it use power trip to swap the stats of attack and defense (not the special stats) so then it can use Rollout do deal A lot of damage with metronome as the held item or use Guard Swap with Deoxys-Atack and make it extremely bulky and it could use Acupuncture which is a niche move that sharply raised the chosen targets stats by 2 so like +2 Attack or +2 Special Defense.
