how do you play a 2d game in vr?

first of all you need a vr headset
and vr version of that particular game(if it exists, or you need to get it patched up or something)
this method works well with 3d games too

i do have a VR headset but i don't think playing terraria on it is possible

yeah there some tweaks to do so
