thank god this splatfest wasn't canon lol (Frye canonically has 2 wins due to the splatfest in japan, and splatfests that don't really happen in japan *with the exception of a few* aren't canon in splatoon lore)

Tbh I kinda hope there are splatfests based on different brands again, like the McDonald’s splatfest (Fries vs McNuggets) and the Nike splatfest (I can’t remember that one)

I also like the splatfests based on different Nintendo franchises, I kinda hope they make another Power v Wisdom v Courage splatfest but make it a special splatfest, that way Deep cut and possibly Squid sisters (and maybe OTH when after SO comes out) can cosplay as iconic Zelda characters

Pearl could dress up as child Purah, while Marina can dress up as Nabooru
