Thieves have relied on stealing to function for at least as long as governments have existed, this has no bearing on whether it's right or wrong..
Much like theft under the guise of taxation, slavery was also legal according to the constitution until the 13th amendment, but that didn't make slavery any less wrong.
But regardless of what the constitution says, no-one alive today consented to it and it's not reasonable to claim that it could possible be binding on any living person.
Actually the U.S. government forcibly taxes you regardless of where on the earth you live. There is literally no deserted island on which you are not subject to U.S. taxes as a natural born citizen. And if you want to abandon your citizenship to escape it, they will tax you on every asset you own for that privilege as well. Irrespective of that, it's victim blaming to say that because you choose to live where you were born you should be subject to violations of your rights. People born and raised in cities with high crime don't deserve to be robbed or killed because of that fact.
