Not cool feature, people can end up getting mass spammed, even though you can block users, it’s really easy to make new accounts and still spam them constantly. The only thing I can see happening thats similar is having an option for anyone to memechat you, nobody to memechat you, or just people you follow.

Blocking users should disable Memechat. That way, abusive users can't attack their targets.

So I was on my alt acc when I came across SquareRootOfNegative1's profile. It had the memechat icon on but I don't have him in my memechat list (not followed). Same with Ser Donald.
