So he has 2 babys and he might be going to jail for abt 6 years and then get put in a mental hospital even tho he is abused by his mom everyday and the cops did nothing abt the child abuse, so he wants to kill himself

k, first off he has 2 children, If he knows who the mother is he should at least try to sort things out before anything else happens, like put them up for adoption.
2, the abuse was likely a result of the prison time, I would know myself because I have actually learned about such things via my high school social class.
3, if the police did jack shit you could actually take legal action against that and probably have the police sued.
In otherwords, don't let your brother kill himself. There's things he could do to straighten his life out in much healthier and safe ways.
