Canonically? No, the most he has done was destroy a military force…
And even if so, Omni Man is so brutal that he probably WOULD kill the collector 100% just because he has so much combat experience and that combined with his immense power is just overwhelming for the collector

But the thing is, he’s not just some overpowers guy with no combat experience like Homelander (which yes I did this with him before)
