Judging from the shape of the text bubble, I'd assume that was Jax speaking, but let's be blunt. I'd much rather hear the voice of a different Hazbin Hotel/Helluva Boss character than Angel Dust the Bonnie-the-Bunny-wannabe.
(For those who don't know, Jax was voiced by the same person who voice acted Angel Dust.)
