Samurai were cool

I feel like people glorify Samuri's or just cool swords people in general,

I mean, it would be cool if fights between Samuri's played out like a lightsaber battle, but most of the time, sword fighting was just people poking sticks at each other, and its usually over in like, 4-5 prods

Yeah, big warfare was great, but the duels were where it was amazing

and besides, Samuri's were quickly killed off by japanese musketeers and that sorta stuff

I mean, they still reigned for hundreds of years
