Personally I think Voldemort would win because of the killing curse.

but if darth vader chokes him he cant say "avada kadavra". and also, we'll never know for sure, but lightsabers may be able to deflect spells

You are forgetting one important detail about spells. You can cast them without speaking! Also Expelliarmus would solve the lightsaber issue.

Darth Vader could use the force to yoink the wand out of Voldemort's hand. also in the empire strikes back Vader blocks a bolt of energy with his hand. and voldemort doesn't have a death star, now does he?

vader has resources from all over his GALAXY. voldemort is just on earth
