If you type on a gaming chair then you may have to adjust the arm rests and bring them down, sometimes up to relax your shoulders, I'd also recommend doing stretches before and after doing a lot of typing, hope this helps

I'd either work my way towards getting one, as it causes medical, problems or make a quick diy solution, maybe using shoelace tied to the chair and the desk to give your elbows some support

It's supposed to be like this, it puts less stress on your elbows and shoulders, it also doesn't force your wrist to be at an awkward angle
