normally electric signals from the brain that tell me heart to beat and put blood into all my organs including my lungs which allow me to breath which allows the brain to put out more signals, because of this loop that is made to use a central processing system in order to keep all things at stable levels and be able to function in an orderly manner that allows me to properly respond to my environment for my greater good, based on these functions we could state that I am indeed "on" and the cycle of signals, heart pumping, and breath is what turns me on
