Loophole: none of the Glamrocks can leave. As she seems to mean ALL limbs will be cut off, Monty does not count as having his limbs cut off since he still has his arms and arms are limbs. Roxy and Chica both lose a body part, but not one considered a limb.
Therefore, if anyone gets their limbs ripped off, it is indeed a breach of the rules.
