You don't have to explain, but what caused all the shoulder scars?

Acne caused it, it has been so bad that it caused me to check on it a lot.

I have that same issue, it's getting better, but I still have several scabs all over my shoulders. My forehead has terrible acne... It looks like a scarlet image of the Milky Way with all the dots everywhere. Thankfully no forehead scars yet.

I got both shoulder and forehead scars due to acne actually, I just didn’t mention it
