Nope, aliens are not real, before neil "went" to the moon, the term for aliens today wasn't space creature stuff. When his name was put backwards, it became alien and since he went to space, people used it as a space creature-like name. I don't know why they have vids and government videos of "aliens" but all of it is false and aliens are just something you'll be scared of as a child. So no, it's not a coincidence.
