winky is crouch's old house elf introduced in The Goblet of Fire. she is afraid of heights but went up in the sky box to watch the quidditch world cup on crouch's orders. after the Dark Mark is set up, Winky is found with harry's wand and crouch fires her from his service. she's eventually seen again in the Hogwarts kitchen with the other elves.
Bagman is the sports announcer of the ministry and was also introduced in The Goblet of Fire, at the Quidditch World Cup. he bet with the weasley twins and many other people but ripped off the twins with leprechaun gold.
Peeves the Poltergeist is a tricky ghost at Hogwarts that loves causing trouble. In The Order of the Phoenix, when Fred and George leave, he takes their request to cause hell for Umbridge and does so, gaining help from
McGonagall at one point.
