Ohio Issue 1

Have you ever considered getting a tattoo on impulse, and later thanked yourself for not going through with it? THAT is Ohio Issue 1; Ohio Issue 1 is a poorly written amendment to the Ohio State Constitution that, if approved, will be nearly impossible to alter or erase. If Ohio Issue 1 is passed, almost ALL decisions as to viability, health concerns, consent, etc, will be left to the judgment of the 'doctor', who, in most cases, will profit from that decision. Elective medical procedures do NOT rise to the level of Constitutional protection; This is NOT a Constitutional issue, but rather a Legislative issue. This amendment goes FAR beyond Roe/Casey, and NEEDS to be legislated, NOT amended into Ohio's Constitution. Vote NO on Ohio Issue 1 Tuesday, November 7, 2023
