make sure it's free of creatine tho. and the caffiene levels have to be safe too. I'm no professional but honestly a nice simple can of G-fuel would be my recommendation
it looks ok but the taurine content is dangerously high for a teen

I'm 6'4" and weigh 200 pounds but the effects are just a little risky for a teenager. I take vitamin gummies and have a mountain dew a while before working out, whey protein after and I turned out pretty good so far

still i would consult someone at GNC. preworkout is super dangerous for teens out of caffiene alone.
Taurine is very similar to caffiene and there's 500 mg of it there which has a slim likelyhood to cause growth problems
