The more you look at it the worse it gets

Okay, here's everything wrong with this image:
HP is backward on Rhydon,
The sign for male is upside down
levels are wrong,
abra is the name for Rhydon
On the HP box for Squirtle, it says Zubat
Has a sideways female sign,
lv.0, which is not possible,
a wrongly colored HP bar,
and the hp bar and hp level does not match
The avatar for Charmander is Squirtle,
Squirtle's body is wrongly colored.
When using razor leaf, a move neither Charmander nor Squirtle can learn, it shows the animation for Thunderbolt, another move neither can use.
The XP bars for both are too long and are not correct
There is no reason they should be in a watery environment

Correction: This is Ryhorn, Rydon is the evolution. And also, in Ryhorn/Abra's hp, it says PH instead. The male symbol is not actually a male symbol upside down but a blue female symbol upside down, and Ryhorn's level is not actually possible as there has always been a limit of 100.

The Squirtle model is also neither the regular nor the shiny variant.

I believe it's Charmeleon colors

The male and female sign are the same just different colors

The EXP bar for opposing Rhydon/Abra should not be viewable, plus it's level 366 (which is impossible, it's above 100)

How would a Fire/Flying type be able to use a Grass type move (unless it’s Mew or Arceus)?
