Actually. 3rd degree murder or by multiple states in the US known as manslaughter is the killing of someone on accident usually cuz you’re not careful. The sentence is often decades in state/federal prison
I’m situations where you are forced to murder someone or you ARE THE MURDERED ONE will also get you in trouble but some states will lower the charge to manslaughter. 🤓🤓🤓
