i'd say equal since without life there cant be death and without death life would over run everything and in time lead to death anyways

but if something in life didnt lead to death, a single thing ever, in all of time. if anything can ever be immortal in anyway then that is one more than death. Which means its plausible for life to be more likely than death although its highly unlikely, Unlikely but still there

even if things are immortal chances are things like food and space aren't so, tbh I can't describe it that well so I recommend you check out Loving Reaper comic
