ok so first you have to go to a really cold area, somewhere where the temperature is low enough to freeze water quickly, then your noodles have to have enough liquid that the noodles are completely submerged
Depending on how cold it is this next part varies in how long it takes
Once you're in the cold area, just get a spoon like the one in the picture and hold up the noodles
After a while the liquid on and in the noodles will freeze and if there are enough noodles on the spoon it will be strong enough to hold the spoon up
This is less of a glitch and more of an exploitation of the game's freezing mechanics for comedic effect
