Really that person has the right idea, because that would also help keep us from destroying nature further than we already have by not having to make houses for the homeless. Technically murderers and serial killers also have the right idea, because if you really think about it, humans could theoretically be considered an invasive species since we destroy wildlife wherever we go to make homes and cities and whatnot.
