It's simple false use of the word 'phobia'. As nobody would react to e.g. A trans person as people who have e.g. An arachnophobia to a spider. As they react with fear and that's why it actually is a phobia.
So in this as many other new created words with the attempt to create words that can be used to name a specific form of discriminationnit went wrong with the term phobia.
