A reminder this morning that you are worth in life, but you have to prove your worth. And for the people who have self harm thoughts, dont do self harm. There are many people who can listen to you. Like your family, friends, etc. You cant bottle your feelings up because nothing will get better if you do that. Asking for help isnt a sign of being weak, its a sign of being strong. Don't pull the trigger, because there are people who care for your mental wellbeing.
