I, as a very small content creator on YouTube (under 50 subs), am actually scared about this. I'm only 15, turning 16 in a couple months! Although I want to believe that if I got doxed by another, more prominent creator YouTube would terminate their account as I'm a minor, I don't know if I can trust them to do so. YouTube simply ignoring this issue is merely setting a very dangerous belief in a lot of creators' minds who would go to the lengths to find other creator's houses just because they disagree with them. So it is time to take action. I am calling on everyone on this platform who sees this to please sign this petition, and share it with your friends, family members, and everyone. THERE HAS BEEN AND UPDATE!!!!
YouTube TEMPORARILY demonetized Sssniperwolf's channel. Around 40 minutes after, she posted on Twitter, (oops, I meant X), a BS apology that looks like it was written by AI. Didn't even address the full controversy, a full BS apology, and downsized the entire situation. Not to mention the BS response we received from YT as well. I am utterly disappointed right now. I haven't been posting on YouTube due to external conflict outside of the platform, but I had a lot of stuff planned for recent. This drama and responses from both YT and Sssniperwolf has encouraged me to take a break from the YouTube platform. Guess I have more time for Imgflip tho :)
