So it's a three-evolution Pokemon
The first evo is Spireat, the guide Pokemon which is pure ghost type. The basic design of it is a small humanoid figure wearing a black cloak with a hood and white dots for eyes, it also carries a lantern. It essentially guides kids who have stayed out too late on Halloween to safety.
The second Evo is Trickerghoul, the Trick or Treat Pokemon, Ghost and Fairy
once again a humanoid spirit, with the likeliness of Gardevoir, only more ghost-like, also wearing a black cape with a hood and a black and white outfit resembling the outfit of a witch or a mage. It also carries around a trick-or-treat basket based on the pumpkin baskets, that is carved and lights up like a jack-o-lantern. It protects Spireat and children from dangerous Pokemon that come out at night using compact balls of candy, similar to the move shadow ball.
Third and final evo is Bansugar, a Ghost and Fairy type.
A humanoid, still with a Gardevoir likeliness, still holding the jack-o-lantern basket and a small stick that resembles a wand. Wearing a cloak now with small rips in it, and wearing a more grand witch/wizard attire with white designs all over, the hood transformed into a witch's hat with it standing up, making a zig-zag pattern. It is able to guide and protect children, while also acting as a second parent or guardian when they go trick-or-treating.
