In Part 3 - Chapter 9 (THE TURNING POINT), we witness the American actress' physically devastating and psychologically soul-destroying battle against Invasive Infectious Inflammatory Bilateral Breast Cancer (IIIBBC): a potentially fatal, virulent body wide-spreading, biologically treatment resistant and aggressively malignant HIV/AIDS form of the deadly killer disease which she was initially diagnosed of in March 2000 and she developed as the result of a 25-year-long secret lesbian sexual relationship with fellow television and film actress/filmmaker Shannon Greenwood(played by Emily Beecham)which began in August 1974 while both women were married since the early 1990s. Nathaleena died in December 2003.
