there is two ways 173 can snap a neck (depending on the cannon)
1. regular strangulation, arms both sides of a persons neck and twists with insane strength, this is the usual method.
2. due to an anomalies effect causing a person to remain looking at it, when 173 move their head turns to follow it, because of the speed/distance this causes the neck to snap.
so either 173 will try and reach you so it can snap your neck or you basically end up snapping your neck for him
