Recommendation:
Go to any nearby park that isn't crowded and go for a walk, think about life like think about your goals and plan, weirdest things that happened in your life, or maybe a physiological question like what would you do if the earth would explode in a year.
Trust me I did that and it mentally recovered me a lot.
Side note: turn off your mobile during walking since messages will just make your depression worse and so will any social media platform.
