Well what I would do is have ranking on the team
There’s the lowest which is grunt
Grunts have the weakest Pokémon
After that there is brute which has slightly stronger and more strategic Pokémon
Then there is elites
They are the strongest team members who aren’t the leader or an admin
Admins are like co-leader and they command the team and must have very strong Pokémon
