While a report button doesn’t exist, people can still report users by contacting a community (green M) or site mod (purple M), or you could email the website. Same stuff, just more hoops to jump through. The only difference is this that this is just poor design for any social media app and it hurts users who are being harassed. Besides, comment flags and meme flags pretty much already do this with the difference being it goes to the stream mods first. A report button would simply make it so the report heads to site mods first, which would help users who are being harassed. Pretty much nothing would change as I’m pretty sure most people would rather fight it out rather than use the report button, so I guess it would work both ways if you ask me.
