From here on, the Halloween event has started. Your ocs can encounter a metronome man, and stories and hijinks can happen..
(A metronome man will appear when you least expect it, taunt you, before going in for the kill. They only have a physical form when seen through a mirror. That form is usually a dark shape, vaguely humanoid, but can be anything you dont expect.
And lastly, any objects in the vicinity that can produce a ticking noise will start, but the sound it makes can have uncanny properties..)
