Prison system in FV

The Prison System came in three levels

Green (first pic)
Crimes that are less problematic like battery, assault causing minor injuries, robberies, Minor hatred or racism are taken even low class rape or sexual assault. Minor or crimes that doesn't harm others are taken to Comfortable apartment like cells especially for those who want to change or in parole. Obsessed Fans are taken there for rehabilitation. They have a lot of privilege even mobile ordering

Red (Second pic)
Crimes that are harmful and repeated a lot of times. Mostly Dangerous robbers, Chikans, Sexual Predators and murderers even offenders resisting arrest are taken to these cells. Minor punishments like beating or torture but prisoners are allowed to eat on designated eating areas and a eat all you can buffet. Prisoner who change will be transferred to the Green cells if they change and those who don't or commit multiple offenses will be taken to the Black Cells

Black (Third pic)
Serial Killers, Pedophiles, Sex or Child Traffickers, Sex Slavers, Terrorists, and dangerous robbers are sent in these cells and are treated like monsters and gives them Barebones rations (Means not filling food) and need to wait to be sentenced to death or used as test subjects much worst tortured to death

What about extreme haters?

Goes to Red if its cause conflict. Black of course

Make a 4th one (white), where the prisoners would get no food or water and be tortured to death.

White- The most horrible cell for The most Evil, Cold-hearted, and Merciless people. No Food is given and water is given by Water Torture where they're forced to drink jugs of water and squeeze the water out of them. They are also beaten or tortured to death. The most gruesome is the Rat Torture
