Liberals are freedom loving. Conservatives are attempting to preserve the freedoms that our liberal founding fathers laid out in our Constitution.

Fascists/Leftists want to limit freedom.

Liberals 'were' freedom loving. Either they were lying all along, or they have changed.

I am talking about the founding fathers, not the Progressives (American Communist party at the turn of the twentieth century) that began calling themselves Liberals.
