I propose a rule

If someone is banned
And they make an alt to circumvent the ban
We should be able to ban that alt as well
Cause what's the point of banning them if they're gonna make an alt to avoid it

I think that's already covered in the Mods vs owners Stream Rule. The problem is a lot of new accounts get accused of being an alt of a banned account as soon as they arrive and aren't an alt sometimes.

Sitewide Moderators have some extra abilities to help combat alts of banned accounts.
