Alright, lemme explain a this things.
First of all, Dafuqboom can strike things that are "his creations" but not copyright strike the assets he used. For example, if you think of Kreekcraft since this is roblox related, you would think of a guy in a checkered sweater and a beanie hat with two roblox logos. You can copyright the appearance, but not the specific items you used. Secondly, the n word and george floyd arrest reference is actually stupid. It's like saying you have to go to jail for stealing a penny when you were 5. It doesnt necessarily contradict because the things Boom did were 2-3 years ago. We all make bad things, even I said the n word a few years ago but I changed. You can't dig up things a few years ago and say they still act like that. Yes, those things are crude and offensive, but what about the millions of 9/11 jokes and WWII jokes? No one bats an eye to that when they are more serious than the death of one person.
