1. remove the extra nsfw rule
2. bring back joke rules
3. bring back memer of the month
4. allow mods to permaban (seriously, sometimes some users really need to be permabanned like jeffery)
5. never unban list (including personality details so that pedophiles can be noticed and banned like jeffery) - possibly, if the stream is ok with it
6. start streamwide events for everybody so the stream can be more fun
