You might be dehydrated, your vocal cords might have shrunk from the lack of water

im not, when i get dehydrated i get a migraine and if i ignore it for a few days I could end up in the hospital, I damaged my vocal cords by pinching my voice box too hard and not sleeping (when you sleep your body regenerates faster)
