He does have a design and the outfit is interchangeable but have a design + art work I spent 2 months on only to say I hate it (I do art on paper then transfer it to digital, istg it looks so much better on paper, and I also chicken scratch and have messy sketches so it was hard to follow. Also the fact I'm working on a new style and have had huge art block / burn out)
